Training Summary

This past week I focused on weights. Aaron was out of town for three days so this was the perfect opportunity to stay home and get in some lifting.

Weights- 3.25 hours
Swim-.91 miles (it was nice to take a week off!)
Bike- 58 miles
Run- 14.39 miles

This week I am going to do whatever I want :)
