
It has been a crazy week. I was focusing on the bike, which meant getting up early to take a spin class at the gym. The class was over at 6am (I biked 17-19 miles). I hurried home and took off on a 5 mile run. Those were really tough workouts. But I am happy about the outcome!
My totals- Swim- 3.92 miles Bike- 87 miles! Run- 20.17 milesThis week my focus will be on my eating. I want to scrutinize my diet and make sure my sugar intake is low. Although it is Elliana's birthday this week, so cake will be eaten on that day :)
