It has been a TOUGH week. I decided to keep up the long swims and my Tuesday night bike ride and add in some runs. Here are my totals for the week:
Swim- 11.48 miles (5 days)
Bike-44 miles (three days)
Run-22 miles (5 days)
Total miles for the week-77.48 :)
My legs are a little sore and tired. But I expected to be a lot worse off than I am :) Tri season is coming and I am going to be ready!
For fun I thought I would share one of my favorite running songs, it's called "If Your Going Through Hell". Honestly, sometimes when I am running it feels like that...
