Training for this past week

It was a great week!

My totals were:


Swim- 6.12 miles

Bike-39.65 miles

Run-30.10 miles!!!!!!


I am so excited to hit 30 miles of running for the week. Actually, I ran 7 this morning and then realized I was only three miles from 30. So I scooted out this evening and ran another 3 miles :)


This coming week I plan on lowering my running miles and increasing my bike mileage.
