As a mother of three I am asked questions all day. Some are routine. I expect them to happen at the same time everyday. For example-"Can I have a snack?" "Can I have a drink?" "When is dad coming home?"
But sometimes my little ones surprise me with a question I was not expecting. Ones that make me stop and think two things. 1. Boy this kid is smart and thoughtful. 2. How in the world do I come up with an answer for that!
On our walk today Joshua asked me one of "those" questions. Walking by a big pine tree he asks "Is God as big as that pine tree?"
hmmm.. how to answer.. does he mean physically?Is he referring to the strength of God? ????
After I few probing questions I determined what he was thinking and answered him. I love it when my boys surprise me!

That is a good question. Now he is ready for me to tell him how many angles can dance on the head of a pin. The answer is of course FOUR.
