Healthy Snacks!

I have been adding some new healthy snacks to my routine.

1. Banana dipped in natural peanut butter.
2. Frozen strawberries, blueberries, and water pureed in a blender. Makes a yummy slushy!

My doctor actually recommended the first one. It is great for endurance athletes as a preworkout/ race food. It sounds weird but it tastes so good.
