Cherry Cheesecake
Ingredients:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 stick margarine- melted
½ cup powdered sugar
1 package (8ounces) cream cheese- softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1- 12 ounce package of Cool Whip
Canned Pie Filling- strawberry or cherry
Crust:
Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted margarine and ½ cup powdered sugar. Press firmly in a 9 x 13 cake pan.
Next:
Beat together the cream cheese, 1 cup powdered sugar, vanilla and Cool Whip until smooth. Spread over crust. Top with pie filling. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
