We are going on a family field trip today :) !!! A replication of the Nina is docked in Peoria and we are going to visit. We are stopping at the library this morning to pick up some books about Columbus. We will read those on the way there. It should be a fun nautical day :)

Yesterday Joshua wrote his very first book report. It was really cute. He ended it with his opinion of the book... "i like it don't you? the end".



Below is a picture of our school area. We also have a chalkboard we bring out when we need it. And we added a cool lamp and put one of the rugs under Joshua's desk. :) It works great. I can teach while I cook :) The bulletin board is above the world map.

We also get to see Aunt Michelle today :)
