Gym Frustrations!

I hit the gym this morning determined to get in a good work-out without running (one more week per Ortho guys instructions).  I left pretty angry.

I have a BoduBugg that keeps track of the amount of calories I'm burning per minute.  (An amazing tool that I highly recommend for anyone wanting to lose wait, get healthier,  or train for a marathon :)  While running that number will be between 8 and 9.  This morning it wouldn't budge above 4!!!  I so miss running!!!!

But it was worth it because..

Not running is so stressful! Hope you are back at it soon more than once a week.

I run in Saucony tights, I can't remember which ones but they are specifically for cold weather and I love them. I tend to wear cheap gloves unless it is really cold then I wear mittens and my running shirts for cold weather I got at Costco. I double layer a long sleeve shirt with a jacket, my favs are Champion ones from Costco. If it is warmer than 35, I find I really only need the long sleeve shirt. Hope this helps!
