Keeping it real :)

I hit the gym this morning and ran 10 miles. I felt good and could have gone longer. But I want to train smart and called it quits before I hit the wall. After a healthy breakfast of oatmeal followed by hot chocolate (hey I gotta get my milk in somewhere :), I made these babies...

Vanilla cupcakes and dark chocolate frosting all made from scratch ! I cannot wait to indulge!!!!
