I posted some time ago about Bob Harper's new Inside Out Pure Burn Super Strength video. I am still enjoying it and it still kills me every time. I have recently started using the Body Rev/ Cardio Conditioning video (also in the Inside Out series). It is AWESOME!
Forget what you normally think about when someone says "cardio". This workout contains an enormous amount of squats, kettle ball moves, regular push ups, scorpion push ups, and plyo exercises. It will definitely get your heart rate up and keep it up!
I have been using the Super Strength and the Cardio Conditioning workouts for two weeks and I can already see changes :) You don't need a gym membership to get in shape. You also do not need to spend hundreds of dollars on workout videos.
Both of these DVD's are nine dollars at Wal-Mart! You can spend 18 dollars and get a great set of exercises, doesn't get much better than that :)
