A Poultry Poem by Joshua

This week in Language Arts Joshua had to write a poem about chickens. This is what he wrote...

Chickens are short,

this little chicken is going to the port.

This little chicken was stubby,

she liked to play with cubby.

This chicken is fat,

she gets chased by the cat.

Chickens are good to eat,

but take out the feet.

Chickens lay eggs,

they have short legs.

They have beaks,

but no cheeks.
